What's the discount going to be?

Are you ready for this? We're discounting EVERY item this year, with a minimum of 25% off. That's including our brand new Power Seamless collection! You really don't want to miss out! With up to 70% off selected lines, we've got a bargain for everyone! 

Will there be a restock / new releases?

We're dropping some FIRE for this Wipeout sale. Including Power Seamless collection, TieDye collection restock and other smaller restocks for items. Those Christmas presents have never looked better 😍

Can I use any discount codes?

We're making this extremely easy for everyone so instead of having to find discount codes to use, we're doing a price drop site-wide. StudentBeans discount will also be disabled for the duration of the sale, but fear not you'll be excited about the sale prices 😉

You can still use your favourite affiliate's code, but please note that the usual 10% discount will be lowered to 0% (as we're lowering the prices so much!) so this will be strictly a supporter code - Remember by using your favourite affiliate's code, you'll be helping them A LOT as it shows us where you've been referred from!

How can I pay?

We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (UK only), Apple Pay

How long will my order take to ship?

We are fully prepared for the Black Friday sale. That being said, your order may take 2-3 working days to be packed and dispatched. We’ll be working 24/7 to ensure minimal delays.

My order was processed but I've yet to receive an email?

Don't panic - sometimes orders can take a little while to catch up so you should receive an order confirmation email within a couple of hours. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout! If you've not received an order confirmation email after a few hours, please send us an email. 

Can I return items from the Wipeout Sale?

Absolutely - We know that shopping during sale time can lead to maybe purchasing an incorrect size, or changing your mind. We offer hassle-free returns for all orders. Simply pop your items back within 30 days of receiving your order, via here and we'll do the rest.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Note: Refunds may take longer to process during Wipeout & Christmas due to a higher volume of orders being processed.

Can I use my gift card?

Absolutely, you can use your gift voucher as normal during the WIPEOUT sale.

This is my first time shopping at WearWolf, what's the sizing like?

Nice and easy for you - We've got size guides on each product page so you can see exactly what will fit for you. If you need any assistance at all, simply drop us an email and we'll get right back to you!

Are my items reserved in my cart?

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed. If an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we recommend proceeding with your payment for the remaining items in your cart.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the high number of orders we expect to be processing, we may not be able to cancel your order once you've checked out. Please send us an email as soon as possible and we will see if we're able to cancel it before it ships. 

I received my order, something is missing?

We are sorry if something is missing with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your Full Name, Delivery Address and Order #, along with what item(s) is missing. We may not be able to re-send an item if its out of stock so you'll be refunded instead.
