ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING DELAYS?
Although we are following strict guidelines within the workplace, we are able to ship 99% of our orders on time. Please be aware that some countries may experience delays with handling your package due to guidelines/restrictions in place. We are able to ship orders every weekday at this present time of writing (Feb 25 2021).

HOW CAN I TRACK AN ORDER?
If you've placed an order within the UK, or selected International Tracked delivery for outside of the UK, you'll receive tracking information via email/sms. To track your order please click here.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE?
If you've made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to amend your delivery address if your order has already been packed and ready to be shipped.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately if you are having any issues, and we'll try our best to resolve it.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES?
Our packages are distributed from the UK, so depending on your country, you may be liable for customs & import fees. We would recommend you contact to your local customs office prior to ordering, so that you are aware of the threshold before they charge customs. Please be aware that we are not in control of any government related imported fees and cannot amend the value of a package.
CAN I REFUSE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES?
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to WearWolf, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?
Please check to make sure we are delivering to your country, prior to ordering. Any order placed is final and we cannot be held responsible if your delivery is unsuccessful due to restrictions in place for deliveries to your country. For a full list of up-to-date information please visit here
You sure can - We offer a 30 days returns policy which full terms and conditions can be found here. Please be aware if you return an item and it's over the 30 day grace period, we will not be able to refund you. If you are having difficulty with returning an item and feel it won't reach us within the 30 days, please contact us and we may be able to help.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this present time, we are only processing returns. The best solution would be to return your item as normal, and re-purchase via our website.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/MISSING AN ITEM
If your order is damaged/missing item(s), please Contact Us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include any relevant photos/information that can help speed up our assistance to you.

NHS & EMERGENCY SERVICES DISCOUNT?
Although we don't have an automated system in place for NHS and emergency worker discount, we may be able to offer this discretely. Please email us direct: firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of ID and we'll see what we can do.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT FORGOT TO USE IT
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, we are unable to add any discount code to an order.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
You can purchase a gift card via the WearWolf website - click to view. Gift cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your gift card code within a few minutes of placing the order. The perfect last minute gift.
HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR?
You'll be pleased to know our gift cards have no expiry date.
CAN I PAY PART CARD / PART GIFT CARD ON AN ORDER?
Yes - You will need to enter your gift card code at checkout and then then system will automatically calculate how much is left to pay via card.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS PAID FOR BY GIFT CARD
Any item returned that was paid originally via gift card, will be automatically refunded back onto that gift card. Orders paid using part payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately once a gift card has been purchased, the sale is final.
